This is a paid internship and the Intern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters. SCA’s law student Intern program is designed to provide the Intern with hands-on training in a real-world environment of an in-house legal department. Assignments will vary and may include researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, preparing for and attending client meetings, negotiations, depositions, court appearances, etc.
- This is a part-time, in-person role requiring 2-3 times (15-20 hours) per week in the NYC office, depending on the intern’s class schedule. 2L/3L law students are preferred.

The Public Policy team are internal and external thought leaders on issues related to technology media and telecom (TMT) and serve and internal consultants to the government affairs teams.
- Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- The Legal Department Internship is designed to provide experience to current law school students interested in sports and entertainment law. The Legal Department intern is a self-starter who will learn how to provide legal support, advice and counsel to the New York Red Bulls organization and its soccer-related operating affiliates in the United States. Specific responsibilities include assisting in the preparing, reviewing and negotiating of a wide variety of commercial agreements, as well as assisting in the handling of sportive matters
