Sony Corporation of America (“SCA”) is seeking a Fall 2023 law student intern to support the Legal Department. This is a paid internship and the Intern will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation and corporate matters. SCA’s law student Intern program is designed to provide the Intern with hands-on training in a real-world environment of an in-house legal department. Assignments will vary and may include researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, preparing for and attending client meetings, negotiations, depositions, court appearances, etc.
This is a part-time, in-person role requiring 2-3 times (15-20 hours) per week in the NYC office, depending on the intern’s class schedule. 2L/3L law students are preferred.
